We are seeking a highly experienced, hands-on Senior UiPath Developer who has successfully delivered real-world automation solutions in production environments. This is a contract role focused on building, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-grade RPA solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.You will play a key role in designing and implementing end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath, collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and production-ready automations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy UiPath automation workflows in production environments
- Translate business requirements into robust, scalable RPA solutions
- Work directly with stakeholders to refine use cases and ensure automation delivers real value
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing automations, including production support
- Build reusable components, libraries, and frameworks to accelerate delivery
- Implement best practices for exception handling, logging, and security
- Participate in code reviews and enforce development standards
- Optimize bot performance and ensure reliability at scale
- Support CI/CD pipelines and version control practices for automation delivery
- Document solutions clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences
Required Experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Robots)
- Proven track record delivering RPA solutions in production (not just POCs)
- Experience with end-to-end automation lifecycle (discovery → design → build → deploy → support)
- Strong experience integrating UiPath with enterprise systems (APIs, databases, web apps, desktop apps)
- Solid understanding of exception handling, logging, and resilient bot design
- Experience working in fast-paced, delivery-oriented environments
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
